In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our platform by analyzing and interpreting usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and supporting new feature launches with data-driven insights. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for understanding user behavior and platform dynamics, alongside experience in tracking and optimizing key metrics that influence platform success and user satisfaction.</p> <p>The Platform Analytics role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and collaborative skills, working alongside a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, Data Engineers, SW Developers, UI/UX Designers, and AI experts.
