Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.</p></div><p></p> <h4>About this role</h4> <p>We are seeking a Backend Tech Lead to join a Full-Stack team that is part of the group responsible for Aidoc's main product line, the Imaging platform.</p> <p>This team focuses on the radiologist's experience, providing the primary access point to Aidoc's AI. The team manages the application installed on the radiologist's computer and the Python-based Gateway service that delivers data to its endpoints.</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our backend services, encompassing architecture, coding, and developer mentorship.</p> <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <div class="comeet-position-responsibilities comeet-user-text"> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Full-Stack Development: </strong>Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable backend services that power Aidoc's radiologist-facing applications<strong>.</strong></li> <li><strong>Architectural Leadership:</strong> Drive architectural discussions and make key technical decisions within the team's domain, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability</li> <li><strong>Ownership</strong>: Receive end-to-end ownership for product features from ideation to deployment, and work closely with Product and UX to bring the team’s imagination to life.</li> <li><strong>Development Work</strong>: Contribute hands-on to the implementation of backend services and occasionally to frontend components when needed.</li> <li><strong>Mentorship: </strong>Mentor and support engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions, promoting technical excellence and best practices.</li> <li><strong>Incorporate Best Practices: </strong>Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes to enhance delivery consist
