If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to shape hiring processes that make a real impact - this role is for you. This position is a temporary role for 8 months.</p> <p>As a Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. You'll support hiring across a range of functions - from tech to business roles - ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to be a true partner to the business, influence hiring decisions, and help build the teams that drive Riskified forward.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment processes.</li> <li>Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, and other recruitment channels.<
